Bruno Garcia and Mateo Peralta, members of Unique Talents Group, were crowned champions in the under 16 category of Nacional.
The 6-1 away victory against Albion crowned the tricolores with the Apertura Tournament, with an impeccable score of 48 points in 19 games, product of 15 wins, 3 draws and only 1 loss. Peñarol ended in the second place, with three points less.
Mateo Peralta was the fourth top scorer in the tournament with 14 goals in 17 games, with one every 101 minutes played. The skillful youth integrates the Uruguayan team in his category and is one of the best prospects in the country.
Bruno García was important in the other side of the pitch, which he successfully guarded in 15 of the 19 games. He was the less beaten goalkeeper of the tournament.
Peralta and García, both 16 years old, will now go ofr the Clausura Tournament under the orders of the coaching staff led by Santiago Espasandín.
