Tamara Pérez, soccer player for Club Atlético Peñarol, became champion of the U19 Uruguayan Women’s Championship in Uruguay.

After qualifying second in their series behind Defensor Sporting, they managed to win the final phase of the championship, the Gold Cup, undefeated, winning all 5 games of it, with 21 goals for and only 1 against.

In total, Tamara played 11 games with 836 minutes played and scoring 3 goals.

The young carbonera works as a central defender and also as a brand midfielder. She has a lot of leadership skills, is strong on the mark and has a good shot.

Born in 2003, she has been part of the Uruguayan youth teams.
